It all depends on how much you want to lose. Intensive treatments of 3 applications per week, cutting 1-2 sizes on average depending on your body. You can also do the treatments 1 a week or 1 a month. Its how fast you want results. We recommend 6 to 12 treatment as consistent as possible for maximum results and long lasting results. 

The results can last 6 month to a year. We have had clients who finish their 12 treatment series and com back a year later in the exact state after their treatment. So its definitely possible. You will need to do some lifestyle maintenance if you would like to see even more lasting results. 

Yes! Of course! We have clients that do it once a week for their therapeutic properties. Its safe and organic! 

Yes!  We recommend working out before your treatment and 24 hours after your treatment.   Working out to soon after your treatment will create heat faster and you counteracting the entire chilling process.  Before is the best option.
